Excellent Memory Upgrade for a Great Price!!

Strengths: Excellent Price

Weakness: None

I upgraded from 512 MB to this 2 GB memory and I couldn't be happier. Extremely easy to install, no errors, no problems. My PC flies with all the programs I can run off it now.

Very good memory

Strengths: High quality & performance

Weakness: none

I've been using this memory for 4 months now without any problem. I often have my PC switched on 24 hours a day and reboot it once every few weeks. So far, the memory is perfect and hasn't given me any memory error.

As always...Reliable

Strengths: Reliable quality product

Weakness: None

As always, my experience with Kingston products has been flawless. Easy to install, and it booted up with no errors. Working for a year and a half now... Perfect! I wish the price would drop a little more since this is not cutting edge any more... would upgrade to 4G's if it was a little cheaper.

Super Fast Memeory!

Strengths: The Kingston brand is all I have ever used in my systems, these sticks continue not to dissapoint. Not a bad price either.

Weakness: None

Kingston is a brand you can trust. I got this kit for a little under $200. Not too bad for 2GB. I would buy this again and recommend them to anyone needed to upgrade their systems.

Kingston ValueRAM 2GB DDR2 SDRAM Memory Module

Strengths: Price is lower then other chips

Weakness: No heat kit

These chips are cheaper then most chips on the market for 2 GB. At 250.00 a chip I still consider it expensive. This memory becomes the most expensive item in your box. They install fast and run without any problems. My Asus motherboard would only read 3 gb in the bios even though I have 4gb. I was told it was still using the 4gb and it was just a bios bug.

Open your eyes before you buy

Strengths: Good chips.

Weakness: Overpriced in this kit.

Buy 2-1GB chip kits and they will be cheaper than this. I fell for the same thing initially until I started checking into single chips and pricing. Check KINM156 for the single chips and compare if you don't believe me.

Works fine

Strengths: Capacity

Weakness: Speed

I got this memory to replace my DDR memory (my board can take both). It works fine. I'm not overclocking though, so I can't comment on that. If you're in the market for DDR2 memory, get it now while prices are low and before they raise them again for going back to school.

Affordable, dependable and quality memory.

Strengths: Relatively low cost, easy to use, works well.

Weakness: None.

With the price of memory dropping, there is no reason to not make one of the easiest improvements to your computer you can do. Kingston not only makes it affordable, but easy with this 2GB kit. True "plug and play" convenience, and running out of memory "headroom" is a thing of the past.

Excellent RAM

Strengths: Speed, great for regular use

Weakness: none

Another great memory by Kingston. I built a new system and needed 2GB for Vista and this memory did the job. Vista rubs smooth and the best part no errors and its cheap. 5 out of 5.

Works, nothing else to say

Strengths: Put it in my computer and it was immediately recognized.

Weakness: None yet

Very inexpensive upgrade. Put it in my home built computer, that only had 1 gg, and it immediately recognized the new memory. Has been running fine so far. Fast shipping and good buying experience through a pricegrabber store.
