Good budget PCI-E video card

Strengths: Good value; dual-monitor support

Weakness: Noisy Fan; somewhat complicated setup for dual-monitors

I bought this for a friend who wanted to add dual-monitors to his computer. As I'm the local tech guy, I voluntered to set things up for him.
