KOTOR 2 (Xbox)

Strengths: Impressive story, detailed characters, another great Star Wars RPG

Weakness: Abruptly-ended storyline, stuttering graphics, bad loadtimes

KOTOR2 is set five years after the first game, with the near-extermination of the Jedi. It uses the same game engine as the first game, with the unfortunate problems of stuttering graphics and long loadtimes. Those issues should have been fixed with the new game. As an RPG, it's top-notch, with plenty of NPC's and characters to interact with, many areas to explore, and a fantastic adventure in...

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2

Strengths: Great story, voice acting, soundtrack, choice between dark and light side, Star Wars universe.

Weakness: High learning curve, poor frame rate and load times have NOT been improved since the original.

Another developer has picked off where Bioware has left off and created another great Star Wars RPG. Like the original, KOTR II feels almost like a MMORPG, with the massive world, menu system, character interaction and battle system. The same battle system from the original is back - you basically command your party what to do but you can pause at anytime to change up strategy. I still would have...

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2

Strengths: great gameplay and storyline

Weakness: too frequent loadtimes

Whether you're a kotor fan or not this is one of the best rpg's I have played. It has seemingly endless paths you can take. Loads of character skills and jedi powers to choose from. Create good and bad relationships with other characters. Many hours of gameplay and whether you beat it or not it is just as much fun no matter how many times you start back from the beginning. Overall a great game....

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2

Strengths: Variability

Weakness: Loading Times

This is a very fun star wars game even if you dont like the series. It's a great rpg that lets you do whatever you want almost. You can play it multiple times obviously because of the good/evil paths. It takes up a lot of hours so its worth the money.

Star Wars: KOTOR 2

Strengths: Captivating Story

Weakness: Blah Graphics

KOTOR 2 picks up after the events of KOTOR 1, but still thousands of years before the events of the Star Wars films we know and love. Just like in the 1st game, players have the option of choosing between the powers of good and the forces of evil. Players start off as a Jedi in this game, and set of in a journey to discover themselves as they pick up the pieces from their past. A worthy successor...

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2

Strengths: great story

Weakness: very rush product

KOTOR2 is the sequal to the popular RPG base on the Star Wars universe. The story is just as good as the first game, and better in some parts. The battle system is still turn base, but it is a bit easier to get into. The problem with this game is that it is the development time is shorten, which result in many bugs and an incomplete ending.

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2

Strengths: Same as the first, Great Storyline and a solid RPG.

Weakness: Character creation may still be too simple for true D&D fans, Load times can be loooong

Overall I enjoyed this game, much as I did the first. But, being a true D&D fan, this game unfortunatly could not bring to the table the character and battle aspects that Baulders Gate and such games could. However, action is combined well into this dynamic RPG.

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2

Strengths: Great gameplay and weapons. Storyline was solid.

Weakness: It was easy to find myself going back to the same thing Over and Over again hoping to drive the story forward. I wasted hours trying to negotiate my way through.

Besides being horribly boring in some parts and outrageously disorienting. KOTOR 2 is still a great game with the same solid feel the first game had. While there were no visible improvements in the graphics from the first in this series, it was still a great game to play and conquer. Which, by the way, was much easier than I had forseen.

KOTOR II

Strengths: It's the greatest Star Wars game...it's just that simple.

Weakness: Loading times.

KOTOR II is yet another addition to the great Star Wars franchise. This game offers so much in the way of role-playing it just leaves you wanting to play the game over amd over, but each time you get a different result on how you play through the game. One of the best parts of the game is the allignment...ah yes to be a power hungry sith or a tranquil jedi knight; you'll have fun either way. Also...
