Best video card brand

Strengths: Well built, powerful, dual DVI, good fan, lifetime warranty, wonderful support.

Weakness: None.

This PCI Express video card has been one of the best that I have ever purchased. BFG Tech has always been my choice when it comes to video cards due to their excellent customer service and the lifetime warranty they offer with each and every video card. I have never had any problems so far with this card and I do not expect to as it is a high quality product. Being an Nvidia card, it usually has...

Great Card

Strengths: Fast and Great Buy

Weakness: none

Overclocked out of the box. Great Card. Almost as fast as the 7800 GTX. their was even a mail in rebate. They said they wouldn't honor it cause of a purchase date misunderstanding, but when I finally got to customer service they took care of it. Lifetime warranty and Good Customer service how can you go wrong?

Great card

Strengths: Overclocked out of the box, good for non-technical users. Lifetime warranty is one of a kind

Weakness: None apparent

I wanted to upgrade my PC after getting a new 20in widescreen LCD. Since the native resolution was 1680x1050, I needed a beefier video card to be able to handle that rez in my favorite games - Painkiller, Half Life 2, Quake 4, Serious Sam 2....These are graphically intensive games, and this card can pump out the polygons with the best of them. Running at 1680x1050 and high quality I can smoothly...

BFG 7800

Strengths: overclocked from factory, lifetime warranty

Weakness: expensive, requires alot of power

Before purchasing this card, I would suggest that you make sure that your power supply can handle this card. My 420W Thermaltake wasn't up to the task, so I purchased a 520W power supply from OCZ to compliment this card. I purchased this card from BFG for the lifetime warranty. The fact that it was overclocked slightly from the factory was a bonus. It runs my monitor at it's full 1920x1200...

GeForce 7800 GT OC Video Card

Strengths: Great power at an ok price.

Weakness: None

This is the video card to get if you're looking to save a couple hundred dollars by not purchasing the GTX but still want to have top notch perforomance when it comes to playing those high video card requirement games like Far Cry, Doom 3, Half Life 2, F.E.A.R., etc.

Strong card, will last you quite a while

Strengths: Not as pricey as its big brother GTX, but performance is still outstanding

Weakness: Needs two power connectors

I can run high-end, system intensive games like F.E.A.R. and Day of Defeat: Source at 1024x960 resolution with a respectable amount of effect like antialiasing and physics on (processor is an Athlon X2 3800+). Works very well, and when coupled with NVidia's DVD decoder, movies look great. Looking forward to SLI-ing this card when it starts to show its age...but for those who plan on doing the...

Another great BFG card

Strengths: Overclocked out of box, lifetime warranty with 24/7 tech support, relatively low price.

Weakness: Not overclocked as much as XFX's

This is another great card from BFG. You get most of the power of the 7800 series without the GTX pricetag. Along with BFG's liberal warranty this is one of the best GT cards around for the money.

nice

Strengths: oc pretty well. got to 510/1200mhz stable.

Weakness: none but no game bundled.

I absolutely love this video card and will support HDR shader in the future! buy this and you will understand. you will not lag in games. PLAYS ALL GAME FLAWLESSLY!!

Great video card

Strengths: Very fast. Overclocked out of the box. Dual DVI with VIVO.

Weakness: Gets hot during long intence games.

This is a great video card for a great price. Almost as powerful as the GTX but much cheaper. BFG and their 24/7 tech support and the lifetime warrenty is unmatched. I can run UT2004 for hours at 1280x1024 with max settings without any problems. I can not wait to get another and run in SLI. Scored 6774 in 3DMark05.

Awesome video card for the $$$

Strengths: Powerful GPU; Runs cool; Consumes less power than similar cards

Weakness: None

This card is simply awesome! At 1280x1024, I can run Doom3, HL2, and Far Cry at max settings out of the box with no skipping whatsoever. Image quality is great. HDR rendering in Far Cry is incredible and playable. I have mine overclocked to 469/1150 GPU/RAM, which is what the nVidia driver (using CoolBits) chose for the 3D overclock settings. Idles about 50 C and maybe hits 60 C under load in my...
