Five days later, they call me to say they have no stock on NEW and they are waiting on a shipment. They wanted to substitute a "refurbished" camera at a lower cost. I cancelled my order. Ordering online I found they charged $45 plus rather than the $14-$32 listed on BuyBuddy. I e-mailed and was told to call for best price. I called, held, and spoke with an extremely rude man who told me they were out of stock and hung up on me mid-sentence. I would NEVER do business with these folks--they misrepresent stock and prices on the web and then abuse you on their phone lines. Amazing they're still in business.	Overall Rating

It took them 20 minutes on the phone (long distance) to find the order and explain to me what had happened when it it didn't show up the "next day." I waited for an e-mail confirmation and I never got one until I e-mailed the company for one. After 4 days passed, and while constantly failing to get a tracking number from them in their website, I called them and they told me that this product was out of stock, when is listed as "in stock" on this site. What I finally received was a European version package for European power with a NON US Warranty. Their ad didn't they say it would be a non-US version. At first they emailed and offered me an us adapter for $20. Then I pointed out that it did not have a US warranty and that I wanted to return it. They never responded. It was impossible to get them on the phone and when I did the person I had to speak to was never there. Stay away!	Overall Rating

They did send the correct color one out to me right away but I had to pay for the return shipping. U Save Gelt should have credited my charge account for the cost of my return shipping charges since it was there fault. My savings were lost in the return shipping cost. From their website I got the final price which included S&H. When I called to confirm that the item was in stock and to ask a question about the product, the salesman was very rude and quoted me a shipping price that was $7 higher than the website (said, "close enough"). They barely recognize you exist and sullenly shuffle across the floor after stopping to talk to each other. The guy extemporaneously added a 10% "credit card fee" to the advertized price because he wanted me to go to the ATM to get cash to pay him. Can you say sleazy? This item is said to be "in stock" on their web site. After ordered you receieve a email from usavegelt, saying the item is out of stock would you like to buy the more expensive model for $$$ more. After receiving this email, the item I actually want is still "in stock" on their web site. This is not good practise.Its just a scam and false advertising.	Overall Rating
