Easy to find the product, had best price, very easy to creat an account and then to order. Shipping time was a little hard to determine. If processing and delivery is as efficient as ordering this will make for an awesome vendor
Overall easy ordering and complete info on item. Appreciate I was able to save the page of the item I selected much earlier and come back to the same exact item and page. This enabled me to check prices eslewhere and found that you had the best overall price with additional free items. The fact that you deliver to APO's is the best! Thanks
After waiting 2 weeks and no sign of my merchandise I called the company to get a response. No one knew anything -they would call back. No call back. Another week went by and I called again. They said it was damaged in transit and they would order another one. Another week later I emailed and threatened to cancel and they promised an answer by that Thurseday - they would call. No call. By Friday I called and had to cancel the order and purchase it at a higher price from another vendor.
I believe that they falsely advertised an item in stock that wasn't. I received the item from my new vendor in 2 days. What is wrong with this picture?
The quality of the product was as advertised. The only problem is their Customer Service, or the monitoring of their web page. Sent three e-mails before I got a reply. They blame all problems on wrong e-mail addresses or spam blockers. Good Company, they need to clean up their Customer Service Area.
I will be quite pleased if I receive the item in a timely fashion. Nice no-nonsense site. Very easy to navigate and no grey areas or order uncertanties like so many sites out there.
I had to rate the over all experience as a three because I sent a message through the web sites messaging service and did not receive a reply as yet. I would have given easily a 4 and possible a 5 had I received a response.
This is my second order from this company so far the service has been good. The ability to track your order by UPS thru www.AADeals.com should be improved. But customer service was able to give assistance via 1800 number.
Did not tell me that the unit was out of stock until the next day after ordering the EQ.Would like to have known while placing order.Had to order elsewhere!
although their tracking system is not working very well, i got the response very quickly when i wrote them an email inquiry. price is resonable and good product, shipping is fast. good seller
Merchant emailed me saying that they were out of stock of the item. I inquired when they would again have stock and they promptly responded that there was a heavy backorder and they didn't know. My low scores aren't really representative, since essentially there was no order.
ordered on 3/10. just received a confirmation email about the order and nothing else. called several time. finally got an answer that the merchandise was out of stok and would be shipped by end of week.
still haven't received any confirmation order has been shipped or not.
on monday i will cancel order if not contacted yet.
definetly bad experience (on price grabber it show like they have it in stok!)
