They confirmed my order, but never mentioned they don't have this laptop in stock. Three weeks has passed, my order is still pending. Really not professional, even not honest.

I placed an order for the "Tecra 8000 PII 366MHz 64MB 10GB 24XCD 14in XGA TFT(Toshiba) - (PAT800UKB51)" on July 31, 2002. I have called back multiple times to see why the order didn't arrive. I was told each time that it would be sent out ASAP. Today (August 22, 2002) I called in and was told the item was out of stock, and the guy that was in charge of sales quit and they currently have 25 orders that have not been fulfilled. This company is VERY unprofessional!
