Abe's of Maine has been superb. This was the second time I used them for a large HDTV purchase (70"). Got my questions answered immediately and without issue through online chat.
tried to call several times , it was during morning of 1/23/12 between 9:09 am & 9:23 am no answer no how , im a servicer, re-seller, wanted to know if the insinkerator m#h770-ss was an in stock item -- so i could give my customer an idea when i would have it for him.
GOOD EXPERIENCE OVERALL--GREAT SELECTION AND VERY GOOD PRICING. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THAT I WAS DIRECTED TO PARTS SCREENS WHEN I TYPED IN APPLIANCE MODEL NUMBERS IN MY DISHWASHER SEARCHES. I didn't answer no. 4 because I all items I studied were in stock.
Excellent merchant. I have several cameras, upgrade all the time, and purchase for friends and family, as well. I always purchase my cameras at Abes of Maine: Excellent service, great prices and great treatment of repeat customers mean that I've even stopped shopping elsewhere!

Website was very easy to follow and placing the order was fast.
The laptop that I had ordered turned out to be out of stock, yet system inventory still showed one in the warehouse. I was offered a different model, but decided to wait to see if more came in. However they said that they were probably not going to restock that model. After a couple of days I noticed that my checking account was charged for the laptop that I may never see. I had to leave four messages before getting in touch with someone at Abes of Maine. They informed me that since the system still shown a model in stock my account was automatically charged. I decided to accept the other model that was offered previously and was told that it would ship the next day. A week later my order hadn't moved from the warehouse on the 'order tracking' page. I wrote to their customer service to inquire about the delay and my laptop shipped the next day. The invoice date placed the order for the day prior.
I flip homes. 14 in the past 4 years to be exact. And in this market its a science. Every penny counts. So ordering materials, parts and appliances means sourcing the best stuff at the best prices. That usually entails ordering from many companies to save money. After my experience with ABES of MAINE i honestly am planning on using them forever. I saved $2000 on my kitchen appliances and after I BROKE the front glass door of my new range during installation THEY replaced it FOR FREE. A young internet savvy sales team seamlessly works together to get your order done right. And they respond within in minutes to any questions you may have. ABES of MAINE is the standard for how to do business in this economy.
I ordered an electrical appliance. First time! One is always a bit apprehensive, the first time. Well, after such an awesome experience with Jason, I will be a REPEAT customer.
