I was leaving for Las Vegas on 6/29/2001 the following Friday, and asked if there was anyway to get it to me by Wednesday. Harmony did one better, they got it to me by Tuesday and did not charge me extra. I received a great product at a great price. No pressure to upgrade; would definitely buy from again. Harmony is great, if you live in NY, because it is one of the few, you can go there, and get it. They didn't push for the accessories; bought a laptop from them, last Feb. This time a Fuji FP6900 zoom, At the price advertised. The others, won't sell you over the counter, because the item, is not usually there.	Overall Rating

Not knowing the company I had to rely on the excellent rating Harmony received from previous Pricegrabber customers. I was not disappointed. I had the camera in my hands Wednesday morning shipped (still free of charge) Fedex 2 day! What a great company! Keep up the good work. I had ordered a digital camera from another NYC vendor (Centore) who after almost 2 weeks had still not shipped my order, not even processed it! Needless to say, I cancelled the order. They seemed not to care that they lost my business. I then ordered the same unit from Harmony and it came within 5 days to Washington State. Polite, nonpushy salesman. Kept his word. Ordered an Olympus 3040z and the price was over $100 lower than listed on the price grabber provided by DCR. Shipping is a bit high, but I received it in 2 days via FedEx and I did not even request their 2 day service. Little pressure for additional items. The item said it would ship 12/13 got it 12/12 by 2 day FedEx(I paid for ground!!). The sales people were nice and didn't try to sell me any extra stuff. The only thing I didn't like was that I didn't receive an e-mail or tracking # when the camera shipped. So it was a surprise for me when it got home.
