The order never arrived...lost/stolen. However, they could not replace the same items as they no longer had them in stock. They refused to file a claim with the USPS for a missing parcel. And no refund either. After many months of convincing them to take responsibility as the sender (as advised by the USPS)...they finally refunded me after 4 months. Customer service was the worst part, including over a dozen e-mails ignored...which they admitted to finally.
