I ordered the same watch from another website 13 days before I put my order with “A moment in time”. I canceled the order with this another website, because the website said the watch was in stock, but the costumer service said the contrary. Immediately after cancel my order I put a new order in “A moment in time”. Today 3 days later I received my watch and I bought it for less.
Easy to navigate website. Great photos and product descriptions. Excellent prices. I am deployed to Mosul, Iraq with the U.S. Army. I recieved my watch in less then 2 weeks. Completely satisfied. I would order again without hesitation from A Moment In Time.

i would have liked and felt more comfortable completing my order
on ebay. and still would like to receive conformation from e-bay

For this purchase, navigating the "ship to non-billing address" intent was an unfriendly cumbersome multiple step process involving additional visits and delays with VISA. It took me a long time to labor through the information demands to finalize my shipping and purchase intentions. Retailer Response (09/23/2005):Sorry jmontie! We try to make this as smooth as possible. Shipping to a non-billing address is the #1 method of credit card fraud. We have put these measures in place for you - the customer. If we keep getting ripped off, we can't keep our prices this low! As long as your shipping address is on file with your credit card company, we have no problem shipping to that address. We recently changed our procedure to allow customers enter their shipping address directly into the order in an effort to make this work better. Hopefully future customers will benefit from this. Thanks.
The watch arrived immediately after it was ordered. It was brand new and in very good condition, though I found a slight scratch on one side of the timepiece itself; my wife was pleasantly surprised by her wedding anniversary gift and absolutely loves it!
The product came quickly and is in new condition as advertised. I would shop through A Moment In Time again if I needed a watch or something else they sell.
