A1 seems to be a faceless internet ripoff operation. They sold me a book that they didn't have and then let me work my u no what off to try to rectify the situation. It is impossible to contact them and god help anyone who buys something from them and has a problem. I finally got their attention by canceling the transaction through VISA. Don't buy anything from these guys unless you want problems.
They advertise a price that they do not deliver. I ordered 4 books from them, & every one was cancelled because of their fraudulent advertising. Of course, it took several weeks for my credit card to be credited, & I was held up a month in being able to get the books. Don't waste your time...deal w/a reputable company like Amazon.com.
