I can only describe our personal experience with A M Royal, and it was excellent. We knew exactly what we wanted to order down to the manufacturer and model numbers, and found the items on A M royal's web site without hassle Our purchased items were shipped out the next day, we ordered on a Sunday. The boxes arrived in a timely fashion within 4 business days, well cushioned inside and outer shipping carton. They were also completely sealed and brand new, not recycled products.
The phone side of the transaction with A M royal’s customer service staff was pleasant and helpful. While the items were in transit we had an issue with the date of delivery and it was resolved with the customer service rep on the phone. It is always nice to know that when you buy high ticket items you have good support behind it and A M Royal provides just that peace of mind.

One of the easiest online shopping experience i have had in months. The order was placed at 9pm and the day later at 6pm i already got a call to schedule the delivery. The delivery was white glove and went smooth. I called them twice before placing the order with technical questions about the items and both times i got polite and professional advice. The air conditioner i ordered was in stock and it came in 1 day. The unit was very well protected with a double box and it came here with no damage. Now i feel comfortable ordering large items online from trusted stores like this merchant.

Bought a Frigidaire Affinity ATF8000FS front loader washer from AM Royal. The product came a week later from New Jersey to Minnesota with the delivery people putting it IN my house DOWN in the basement right where my other washer went. The product had no damage from shipping, AM Royal was very courteous and responsive in their emails and the delivery company was just the same on the phone to set up a delivery time that worked for me.
