I question the origin of our belt unit. We received our order in a plain shipping box, the belt unit wrapped securely in bubble wrap, surrounded in Styrofoam peanuts. The order did take longer then other companies I have previously ordered from but the price was right. Time will tell if we received a quality part.
I purchased a replacement projector bulb for my sony TV and was expecting it to take a week or two to arrive. Three days and "presto" it was here. Great service!

Order page on the web is a bit confusing, doesn't appear to have a page for verification before submitting the order. I was able to call and cancel the order then resubmit another order. There is a 800 toll free for sales but no toll free number for customer service.
