The cost was more then half of what a big store was going to charge. Received it in less time then the big store quoted me. Servive was excellant and easy to order.
pricing and delivery were very easy to the point and on time no hidden surprises I definitly will recommend your Company to friends and co- workers . However I did not get an invoice with my delivery

The staff was great at following upon my order and explaining other options available. It would have been nice,however, to know that I would have to pay a brokerage fee upon delivery.

All aspects of my order went very well. Received product in a very well packed innerbox with foam sides and top & bottom. I have not used the bulb yet, so I can't provide any input on the performance of the bulb.

i placed my order on xmas day and had my tracking number on the 27th and had my item in my hand on the 28th, now thats fast service for a holiday week. good job guys

Hello.
When placing this order originally, I did so with the understanding of the free shipping option. However, while placing the order, I did not select that option, and I later contacted customer service who then said they would refund the amount charged for shipping.
I also explained the ordering process was a bit confusing since the shipping directions were located further down and to the left-hand side of the order page. Realizing this, I attempted to cancel and re-order with the proper shipping option, but was unable to do this on the site without contacting their C/S who later granted to "free shipping" option.
I was grateful for their prompt attention.
As of this day, I still cannot confirm any refund of the shipping charges. Another call to customer service showed the refund was in the process, but I still see no confirmation.
Would you be able to check and see how long this refund process is going to take, and exactly where it will be sent?

I am very pleased with our purchase from you company. We placed our order online which was very simple and in just a few short days our item of purchase arrived at our door. The item was a lamp for our tv and very fragile and this item was wrapped with care for it to handle the shipping process. We will purchase from this site again.
Very pleased overall. Had a little greif with the order showing a shipping fee although it was show as free shipping. I was planning to call when I recieved an e-mail from Kristina with customer service saying she caught the mistake and corrected it.
They offered the lamp for my DLP set at one of the lowest prices I found, about half of what I expected to pay in town. They called to say part I ordered was not in stock but could sub better part for a little more, I passed as in no hurry and the orignal part still arrived in a few days. TV now works great, would shop here again
