finding cartridges is pretty small on the home page, make it bigger and quicker to find, it took me longer to find the link on the home page then to complete the order once I found it
My only complaint was that HP seemed to have a problem with my VISA check card as the payment method, saying that not all the information could be validated or whatever. I then used a credit card instead and completed the order.
Steer clear of HP's Small and Medium Business (SMB) Store; I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
I was lured by a $10 price difference on an iPod accessory. HP's site did not allow enough space for my last name -- the last name that appears on my MasterCard! The name match failed, and my order was placed in limbo, with this status: "A customer service agent may be contacting you." I tried to call, but there is no HP SMB Store service on weekends. The SMB Store online inquiry form had a bug and couldn't accept any inquiries.
A day later, the status of my order was changed to "Credit approved", with my last name still truncated!
And I was shocked that my order for an iPod charger had turned into an order for a "switch" that happened to have the same manufacturer part number. I had saved the original quote, with the correct item description, but HP wouldn't honor this. The only "choice" was to cancel the order. Amusingly, orders can be viewed, but not canceled, online.
The transaction went smoothly. This shipping was immediate and much quicker than I anticipated. The product was in perfect condition when it arrived. I highly recommend this on-line store.
Anytime I can get the best price directly from a vendor like HP - I'll jump on it. To top it off, this was one of the easiest and most straight forward purchases I have made in months. Thanks!!

had gotten confused when I had gone to so many different pages looking at add-on's, then trying to figure how to get back to where I was. Also got confused about the extra memory for the printer that I just bought. I could not find it very easy and then I expected it to say how much I would need for that printer, but it left me guessing. I think it meant that I needed to buy 2 for the max of upgradable memory
