I always buy my ink for my Epson Printer through Epson. So simple and quidk. Never a problem....Place my order and my ink arrives. Hows that for simple. There may be cheaper ink out there but for my money Epson is the only way to go...As the old adage goes, You get what you pay for. Lasts a long time and I use my printer a lot. Always keep a spare as back up. Always use the Extended life (?) because it works out cheaper in the long run. Works smooth as silk. Cartridges last LONG TIME.;
It is so easy to order my ink from this site I get free shipping and it usually arrives way before I think it will and the ink is great I only have a home printer and so dont have to order but a couple times a year but this is so easy and price is good saves going to the store this is really easy

Customer technicans knowledge of website, ordering procedure form, etc. is not what I would expect from Epson. Generally, their helpfulness to customer, attitude when I haved called for assistance is very, very, very poor. They don't have an attitude of "I am here to help the customer.""
The pricing for Epson ink online is much better than purchasing ink in the store... and I got it shipped for free! This is great, and I have ink on hand when it runs out--even better!
I only wish that Epson would recycle their cartridges. I don't mind paying the cost of mailing it to them.
Epson continues to provide excellent products for my iMac - including convenient updated printer drivers for my newer operating systems. It does seem that the ink doesn't last as long as the relatively high price would indicate - so it would be nice if they would offer free shipping at more times during the year!
I was disappointed that there was no explanation why I could not use the deal of the day which was 40% off and free shipping. When I entered the code (FROSTY40) it showed up as the deal of the day put would not let me apply it to the order. I originally was going to order 2 quantities instead of 1, but changed the order once it would not accept the coupon. Very disappointing.
Website easy to navigate. Am a repeat customer. It's a great idea to have a "reorder" page so I don't have to search for the items I purchase most often.
This is my third attempt to place an order. The first attempt failed as your web site was broken and calling your 800 number didn't work either (nobody answered). The second attempt, hours later failed in part because the printer I wanted had become unavailable in the meantime. I chose a different printer, but that then failed owing to some error I made in data entry. This wasn't brought to my attention until the next day. When I was notified, I wasn't offered a chance to correct the error; instead I was given a laundry list of possible errors I might have made.
Now it is nearly half an hour since I placed this order and I do not yet know if it succeeded. It isn't quite terrible service, but it isn't quite good service, either.
