10 days..credit card charged..no item...can't get through to Customer Serv.
I purchased a Harmony 1100 remote on a Fri. and was awakened at 7am the next Mon. by a representative verifying information I had given them. There was a phone # issue with my credit card.
This was all fine and I'm glad they verify information, however I didn't have the time to call my credit card at the time and change my phone #. I asked them to cancel the order and I would find one later.
Come Friday, I check my credit card account and find that they put the charge through anyway that previous Monday. My order status online said it had not shipped and was still in the "Verification" process. I sent customer service an email and got one back 2 days later telling me to call their customer service #.
I called 3 times on Mon each time waiting on hold till I was ultimately disconnected. When I did reach a rep. I was told they were busy and would call back. 3hrs, no call
Best retailer site that I have found yet. Great quality products and a wide selection to choose from. Easy order process that is simple to follow with email confirmation and fast shipping. I like this place to shop and I will definitely tell my friends.
Looks good so far. The package was well packed. There was ample protection on the inside of the box so no harm could come to the box the Laptop was in and that box had foam inside it too. The shipment came a little sooner than I expected. I would certainly deal with eComElectronics again, they've proved to be very reliable and correct in their ways.
Smooth tranaction and good communication about shipping. I would trust them with all my future purchases when I want to know that I will get it, and get it in good condition. It also helps to know that they will help you after you get it incase there are some problems.

Finally a merchant that is fast and reliable. The fact that it places security on personal data is very good (verify+they omit your sensitive information from emails). The way they let you rate them is also promising. I got the package and it was as smooth as the buying process.

Tried ordering an Apple Macbook from another online retailer. They said it was in stock and would ship in 2 days but never did. Never told me. I cancelled the order and took a chance on these guys who had the product at the same price. I got the Macbook and on time and with free shipping.
Shipping service was poor but eComElectronics was very reliable. I feel confident therefore buying from them again. They took care of the shipper and got me a refund.

Very pleased overall. Only issue was that I never received a notification that item had shipped, or tracking numbers. I did receive confirmation when I placed the order, but never got anything else. Had to email and request update. Aside from that, I would recommend and use again since all came in on time.

eComElectronics called me the day after I placed my order saying that they would be upgrading the shipping to 2nd day because they would be sending the order out late due to a backorder situation. I got my order earlier than I expected it by them doing that. Thank you for caring.
Shipped in time as promised but it would be great if they can send update emails about order processing and stuff. They sent only the first email and the tracking # email. It's ok but I wanted more info because the order took 8 days to arrive and during that time, you're kind of in limbo.
After careful and full consideration of numerous merchants, I made my decision to buy from eComElectronics. They were not the cheapest, but they have some pretty good reviews. I received my order as stated & in perfect condition. I expected nothing less.
I generally look for bargains, eCom Electronics is usually at least as reasonable as other merchants. But if eCom has it, I buy there because of the efficiency their site and Customer Service has maintained for me in the past.
They don't carry too many lines, it seems they want to specialize in certain things such as TVs and laptops etc. I did however find them to be a good company to do business with. My a laptop was shipped the day that I purchased it, in fact Bob in customer service assured me that it would indeed go out right away . It arrived at my house 2 days later. Everything is perfect.
It was a great experience to buy at eComElectronics. I am extremely satisfied with this place, my order arrived three days earlier and in perfect condition, between 1 and 10 they deserves an 11. I recommend all to buy here, the prices are very competitive, and customer service out of this world.
Great price so I was a little concerned about this being less than honest (as I have experienced with other online retailers). However, I called them in advance and they assured me they had the product in stock and it was the correct product. Sure enough, it arrived on time and exactly what I was looking for. Very pleased with this purchase and the retailer. Will do business with again.
The experience was good and the TV came on time, however I was hoping for faster turnaround. When I buy something I get very impatient. But all worked out well ans I'm extremely pleased with my choices.

Buyer beware - In the shopping cart, they will try to sell you a bond to "guarantee terms of purchase" and give you 30 days of identity theft protection, which is a complete scam. Unless you click to opt out, you will be charged. I called customer service after order was placed and the guy was totally rude and tried to sell me a cable for the TV I had purchased instead of trying the money for the bond. Then he hung up on me. I will file a complaint with my credit card company and the BBB. Typical Brooklyn "bait and switch" business. Also, it is 4 days after I placed the order and they still haven't "processed" it.
Update: Called back by customer service agent next day and he was very nice and fixed the problem. I canceled the order and they gave me a coupon for future purchase.
I just feel that stores should give better deals on shipping, and it would be nice if questions where answered a little faster by other companies. Ecomelectronics got my business precisely because they offered me free shipping and they did not hesitate in answering all that I asked of them.
