Very good experience, the only thing that threw me off a little was, when I entered my billing address, I thought for a moment it was going to switch and use that address for shipping, just the way the page is set up. Great otherwise! I liked how it explained in detail exactly which drive bay I needed for what kind of drive.
Called customer service to verify definitions on site of factory and refurbished. Support was very friendly and informative. Order placement was fast and easy.
I received the drive trays I needed to get a system back online, at the expected time and they were of good quality and what I needed.
I especially liked the "order clock" they show next to items, that if you order it by a certain time you will receive it by a specfic time. For time-critical needs like fixing systems, this was very useful.
There shipping costs were also quite reasonable, which is something I watch for.
I think that DiscounTechnology does a good job presenting its products. It could do more towards promoting themselves. I had not seen of heard of them before clicked on a link that took me to a web page that had several technoloy links on it's page as I was look shopping.

Widest selection i have seen. Excellent prices for "Pulls". I much prefer to buy 'pulls' than refurbs - thanks for offering these.
Could use some kind of web frame to narrow down search results by categories such as price/manufacturer/technical specs/etc
Used Discountechnology a couple of years ago to obtain some very difficult to obtain HP parts in the UK. Service, cost and delivery was oustanding.
Although we are many thosands of miles apart, Discountechnology stock, service, cost and delivery is second to none in Europe.
Good selection given the current shortages in the hard drive arena. There is a wide variety of product, too bad so many are not in stock.
Delivery was exceptionally fast
Very good on line experience. Delivery was prompt with tracking number to keep me informed of delivery progress. All in all, a very good experience. I will put your company in my favorites for purchases in the future!
The web page indicated web orders above $10 get free shipping (supersaver shipping); I got charged shipping even though I spent more than $10 AND selected supersaver shipping!
Hope that's the only downside... we shall see if the order arrives in a reasonable, timely manner...
