I am giving them one more chance; if this works out well I will try again, however, I will scan my sales receipt into my folders to make sure if I need to return anything I will have the receipt, so I cannot be stuck with the wrong item again and not be able to return it! I never worry about anything I order from Tiger. I have been buying from Tiger for many years. The few problems that I have had were handled very quickly and professionally. When I have needed something that I couldn't find in the catalog, the sales people treated me like I was the most important customer in the world. You have earned my loyalty.
