I placed an order for a camera with PC Mall on Thursday and received an email on Friday saying that if I didn't call in within 24 hours to verify my information they would assume I no longer wanted the camera. When I called in, they said they would not ship the camera unless I faxed them a copy of a utility bill showing my shipping address. After years of buying things online with no trouble, this was a first for me. I canceled the order and recommend against buying from them. Overall Rating

Placed the order yesterday and had my card charged immediately and received confirmation email. Today they cancelled my order without even an email notice, nothing! They also host a ad from an AD ware company stating you will get 10$ off from you next purchase from pc mall and when you click the bottom, you are automaticly charged every month for subscribtion!!! I SWEAR THE CHARGE IS NOWHERE STATED UNTIL YOU RECEIVED THE EMAIL SAYING YOU ARE CHARGED. KEEP OFF FOR GOD'S SAKE!!!! Overall Rating

Ordered my monitor, they said that it would usually ship same day, paid for next day shipping and guess what..... next day it was there, exactly what I ordered and the unit works great (so far).... will definately use again. Overall Rating

I ordered an Ipod as a gift, and I had the worst time locating the Applecare extended warranty, which I needed to do before submitting order. Made the process a bit frustrating. Otherwise, convenient. Now, for the rebates, which I need to submit within 6 hours before they expire. Overall Rating

I had ordered the product on Friday and chose Saturday delivery, paying for the extra. The product did not arrive on Saturday, nor was I notified that it did not ship. After calling PCMall they agreed to refund me $15 on the shipping cost. The order information was never updated on the web during this process, so it was basically useless to me. It is unclear why the order was not processed properly, as the item was in stock. Overall Rating

The cost was a little higher than other sites but I have confidence that PC Mall will actually deliver the products. The Free UPS shipping was the final deciding factor. The drives were $10 more on PC Mall but when shipping was added in, the other site was actually more. $25 to ship two pounds? What a rip-off. Please continue to keep your shipping charges seperated from handling/profit. Thank you. Overall Rating

I ordered a DVD burner for my PC. After placing the order I saw that they also had a real good price on PNY memory. I called customer service to see about adding the memory to my order and there was no problem doing it. This was at 10:30pm on a Friday night. Recieved an email on Saturday saying that the DVD burner was shipped. Monday I checked the status on their site and both items had been shipped. One UPS, the other FedEx. Overall Rating

This was my 1st order & I did have some trouble, mainly that the quanities wanted to increase if I went back to check then proceeded toward. I thought I understood the shipping, via UPS ground to be free w/o mail in rebate, then saw where I was suppose to download mail in shipping cost rebate which I was unable to download,my inexperience w/your site could have been contributed to the problem. All things considered I would have no problem returning to shop in the future. Thanks g Overall Rating

The site was unusually slow and repeatedly bumped me off as I attempted to make my purchase. There were also small interface errors which would raise the frustration level of anyone new to the site--e.g.using the word LOGIN instead of E-MAIL ADDRESS when the latter was required. The site listed the product as in stock when it wasn't. My request for information about when the product would arrive was ignored. Overall Rating

Completely bogus!!! Ordered license only of Studio MX and received confirmation email. After several calls to check on order, I was told that it was on hold and that I had to actually buy five (5) to get that price. Nothing anywhere says that. This is not a real company... it was obvious in calling that I was getting bounced around from one answering service to another. Overall Rating

So far it has been great--just waiting to see if and when it arrives to see if the experience is great. After I recieved my monitor there was no cord to hook it up to the computer. Customer service is supposed to be sending me one so I can finish hooking up the monitor to my computer. Overall Rating
