Ordering is great. Delivery is yet to be seen. PC Mall does not disclose the Tracking Number of any package to the customer. To check the status of the shipment, you must go its website and check order status. Even if the package was sent via UPS. The Tracking number(s) states masked for your protection.
Retailer Response (02/08/2006): Tracking numbers are masked to ensure secure tracking of packages and to protect them against theft that could occur when other people chance upon your tracking number and reroute packages. We allow our customers to securely log on to their account to obtain their tracking information to ensure a more secure ordering and tracking experience with PC Mall. Would like to see this site, and others, do away with this need to have us set up an account with them. What about guest shoppers who may never come back. This is just a veiled attempt to data mine, and adds unnecessary steps to an order. This overall rating is only for the order process, the rest remains to be seen...

We require our customers to create an account on their first purchase at PC Mall because of the following reasons. First, having an account will allow customers to track their package. The item I purchased was well priced and my site experience was very favorable. My only complaint is the order "add-ons" offered after I select an item for my shopping basket. I didn't like how my item wasn't immediately placed in the basket and that I was being persuaded to spend more money. After I received the item, it was well packaged and arrived on time. My overall experience has been very positive.

The only thing that i did not not like is that i had to call PCMALL.COM to get a rebate emailed to me because it did not come with one nor when i check out with my order did it have anything where i could print a rebate out. Then the wrong rebate was sent to me. But hopefully i will still recieve my expected rebate..I will shop again at PCMALL.COM great prices, great products...thanks

This order was "cancelled by customer" according to your records. I NEVER cancelled this order. I wanted it for a Christmas gift and I discovered its status when I checked on 12/24. So, on Christmas Eve I had to re-place a new order for the same item and gave my recipient a picture and a promise instead. This does not make me happy, nor does it give me confidence that pcmall can properly handle on-line orders. Overall Rating

Could not tell for sure that item was in stock -- lot of warnings that (rebate) offer only good for items in stock -- assume item was in stock as order was accepted. Did not like $10 cash back on next order, as it required offer that cost $9 On the post-buy survey, I can't remember what I bought, so can't comment accurately Overall Rating

I ordered 3 Ipod nanos on a Tuesday over the phone with priority overnight shipping. I confirmed with the salesperson that the items would be sent out that day and I would have them the next day. Instead, after numerous phone calls, it is now 4 days later (Saturday) and I find out that the items STILL have not been sent out -- and no one called me to tell me of any problem! I had paid an additional $26 for next day delivery and the items were not sent that day (as promised), or at all! Overall Rating

Place the order for the HD and just get an e-mail from them that they just cancell the order. VERY VERY BAD EXPERINCE. What they try to do is jsut DISHONOR themself on price and service and give no respect to their customer. Never want to buy anything from them. Overall Rating
