I ordered this particular flower arrangement for my dear friends who lived in Omaha, NE. I actually ordered 3 separate bouquets for various members of the family. They unfortunately experienced a loss of a family member in a horrific & tragic bicycle accident over the Labor Day weekend. The entire family was reeling in grief & devastation. Because of being in Los Angeles, CA, all I could do is send flowers for support to various family members. This particular order was called Enchanted Cottage & was sent to the grandparents. When they received this bouquet, the grandmother expressed that the flowers were very gorgeous and cried for a half an hour. She was very touched. All three orders were done fantastically well. I'm very pleased with TeleFlora.com in Omaha, NE for their services and product.
Here is my email to Teleflora customer service, it says it all:
I am writing to let you know that I just canceled my order for Mother's Day flowers. I thought that placing the order on May 5th would allow for delivery on May7th, my flowers were not delivered on time, even though your website assured me they would. Yesterday evening when I called the Teleflora to find out what happened, I spent 35 minutes on hold, than 15 minutes with a 'customer service' rep and then a supervisor. Neither one of them could tell me a) why my order wasn't delivered and b) if it would be delivered the next day, telling me to check my email or call them back the next day. By the end of the phone call it was clear they wanted to get me off the phone, and finally gave me the excuse that it was Mother's day and they were busy.
I had to cancel my order and order flowers through another company. So no flowers on Mother's Day. Will never order with Teleflora again. Hello 800-flowers.com.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
I usually buy flowers from other companies, but saw an arrangement I liked on Teleflora's website. I was out all day today, got home, hadn't heard from my mom about her Mother's Day flowers. Odd.
I called Teleflora to ask if they had been delivered. They said they had sent me an email cancelling my order because the florist didn't have that arrangement. They issued me a refund.
The day before Mother's Day.
They sent me an email. No phone call. An email.
The day before Mother's Day.
They said they could deliver them next Monday or Tuesday, though (AFTER Mother's Day). Yeah, thanks but no thanks.
Please don't order from them. Ever.
My boyfriend placed an order days ago for flowers and chocolates to be delivered to me on Valentine's Day (duh), and he received a confirmation email. The flowers were never delivered and each time he called and pressed option 2 to check on an order, he only heard a busy signal. Finally we called today (Feb 15) and pressed 1 to place an order just so we could talk to someone. He offered us redelivery with a 20% refund, we refused, so he offered a 50% refund. We still refused. Finally a supervisor offered redelivery and a 70% refund. Why would we pay them ANYTHING to deliver flowers days after Valentine's Day?? We refused and told them to issue us a full refund and to keep the flowers. Warn everyone you can to NEVER use Teleflora.
This site is fraudelent. They take your money as soon as your is placed, but then do not deliver goods as promised. Isnt that the definition of fraudelent? I placed my Mother's Day Bouquet order on May 3rd, and requested that it be delivered on May 8th (the day before Mother's Day), but it was not delivered. I called Teleflora to complain and was told that a local florist never picked up the order. I immediately requested a full refund which I did get, but now Mother's Day was ruined for my mother who was very ill . Please don't use this service, they are scammers.
absolutely pathetic! I had to fill in a number of days for arrival, but in reality it NEVER arrived. I had to select one star, because zero is not an option. Their web site took orders for delivery the Saturday before mothers day.
You enter the delivery zip code, and the "drop down" gives delivery date options.
Well, it turns out that they have no service in the area where one mothers day gift was going. They did not call me, or e-mail me. 4 days later I called them, and was run around just to get the charge credited back. At no time did they inform me the order was not executed, but they did charge me for it!
I'm very pleased with the selection available for last minute orders like mine. My mother-in-law was very impressed that she had flowers delivered on Christmas Eve. She said the arrangement was beautiful.
The flowers have alway been fresh and have last for a long time. You know what the price is going to be. And also they have promotion code so you can save on your purchase. I have been very satified with your service.Merry Christmas
I use teleflora every holiday, and they never make sure that my orders are received on or before the dates, and they don't contact me when they don't deliver, its really sad when a 97 yr.old grandmother thinks you forgot her at christmas.
My order was delivered both on time and with accuracy. My family said that the Kinkade house was very beautiful, to the point that my brother in law told my mom that she better hide it our he would keep it here in BC.
I was delighted that they appreciated the estetic beauty as well as the arrangements.
I have been using Teleflora since the birth of my Grandaughter 5 years ago, I was introduced by a friend. The gratitute shown by friends and family has always been very positive. Thank you very much for your excellent service.

Teleflora made it very easy to send flowers! I loved that my discount was automatically taken care of during checkout. I didn't have to try to remember the code or go looking for it. Thanks!
