The website clearly states they will not bill until it ships but they billed immediately. They also say they will contact you if there are problems with your order but they never did. When I called cust service, the hold time was over 45min and they still didn't resolve it! Each time I called, they said it would be another 7-10 days! I'm now having to dispute the charge to my credit card company to get my money back. Also note: They currently still have the same TV listed as shipping available within 1-3 days. BUYER BEWARE! The features are superb and the HDMI features give the sharpest most vivid picture to all my DVDs. I recommend any customer select this model as their #1 DVD player.	Overall Rating
