While I get regular email about promotions and so on I really don't like the way their emails give out information. More often than not I just ignore the emails. I do like how their competitor Musician's Friends puts out emails. I do not like the web page layouts either. Once again I defer to Musicians Friend as being more user friendly. Searches are not very user friendly. This is just my opinion.	Overall Rating

I am the mother of a musician, grandmother of two budding musicians (8 and 2 1/2 years). I love music, but know NOTHING about instruments (except for the piano, the recorder and the triangle!). zZounds musicians successfully steered me through the purchase of a travel guitar package for my son and a keyboard package for my granddaughter. (My grandson will be next!) These purchases arrived early, were exactly as described and my son was thrilled with his guitar. I'm certain my granddaughter also will be thrilled, when she opens and plays her beautiful, responsive keyboard. My son commented, "You went to exactly the right place, Mom. zZounds really IS the musician's friend. You couldn't have made a better choice." The only problems I had with this shopping was my awful typing skills, adding numbers in credit card and telephone number.
