I was try to save some money and decide to buy a Bvlgari watch for my wife for her birthday. The watch cost U$2600. I got on time but there were scratches all over the bracelet. The watch was problaby a display merchandise. I was pissed. I call their costumer serv. and they said for return the watch and they will give me a new one. They want to charge again on my credit card. I said no. The other option was return the watch and wait for two week to get the money back on my credit card. I decide to keep the watch cause i couldn't wait for so long to get my money back and give an "used gift" to my wife. Well, if you planning to buy an expensive watch think ten times before or never think!, sometimes you spend a little more but you will avoid lots of headache!!! trust me....and also if you buy from a authorized retail you get the genuine warranty. I called about the product first (a Timex 5G941 HRM/Watch) & got additional info by phone immediately. I emailed twice & response time was about 1 1/2 hours. Maybe I would be considered a "nightmare". They were fantastic. Answered all questions, emailed with shipping instructions and tracking information. Everything was done in a professional and timely manner. A great experience and will recommend to others to shop here. Not to mention that the price paid was the LOWEST on the internet. Total satisfaction from the beginning inquiry prior to order until the end receipt of product at my doorstep.	Overall Rating

Sent faulty watch (time was too fast- approx. 3 min. a day)- apparently they don't Q.C. all items. Was not able to tell this until after wearing of course. Watch had $1600 MSRP. Decided against brand but couldn't return it because it had been worn and disappointed b/c this was a father's day present! Horrible catch 22 because how are you to know it has faulty time keeping until you've utilized it for several days? Customer Service guy was aware of this issue happening however they don't put any type of notice to NOT wear the timepiece for several days to make sure that it tells time properly! Nice little loophole for them. Meantime had to pay to ship it back to them and wait for it to get repaired. They should have let me return it, given money back and did a chargeback to the manufacturer because it was defective. To top it off, they sent the watch back in a different Tag Heuer box that was MUCH cheaper quality.	Overall Rating
