BEWARE OF THIS COMPANIES DECEPTIVE RETURN POLICY! I purchased a Rolex for $5000 and wanted to return it after noticing that I forgot to order it with a date. They informed me that if I did not exchange it for an equal or greater value watch I would have to pay 8% restock because they considered this watch a special order even though it is stocked. Read their policy and see if you agree. I did not read the paragraph under special orders because my watch was not a special order. Therefor did not see the 8% fee. I have processed a claim with the BBB I don't think they care about the bad PR. I just want everyone to know before they make a purchase from them.
These people are criminals. They send broken items, and when you follow their return policy and speak to them multiple times about getting replacements and/or a full refund, they conveniently get "disconnected." I'm out hundreds of dollars and half a dozen pieces of crystal because of these people, and they take no responsibility. There is no care in the packing- fine crystal was packed UPSIDE DOWN, which caused it to shatter while in transit. This is the most horrible experience leading up to our wedding. It's going on 20 weeks now, and we still don't have our order, and we were told we will never get it. Just like that- we paid for it, it was broken, we returned it, but they say we can't prove anything. Unbelievable. These people will be taken to court.
Bought a Tissot watch and could not be more happy with it. It arrived quickly, was brand new and exactly as described. I could not be more happy with my new watch. I would not hesitate to buy from Jomashop again.
Exceptionally bad, yes. They printed in the text that the product had a 30 return guarantee...yet did not honor that nor would they discuss the fact that the product arrived faulty. There was no refund or replacement of product.
It was a gift to my nephew for graduation and he got stiffed by this company.
They love to take your money but do not follow up with customer service.
I would highly recommend that NO ONE do business with this scam operation.They are reselling faulty merchandise disguised as new.
I ordered a "Victorinox Dive Master 500M Mens Watch" from Japan on 7/1. Today, Item arrived safely and in EX condition. Item came super quickly. Affordable Price, Great contact, Careful packaging, and Perfect item. Everything is wonderful! I can highly recommend this shop.
I called Customer Service and they did give me Gucci's phone number to call because I had a question about the Gucci watch that Jomashop was not able to answer. I called Jomashop about an Ebel watch I purchased....it did not come with a book about my watch or direction on how to set the day...and Customer Service was not very hospitable.
This was a seamless transaction, very smooth. The watch is fantastic and came very well-packed in a timely manner. I would purchase from this seller again with no hesitation.
Buyer be aware shopping at Jomashop
I purchased a Casio watch from Jomashop that was rated water resistant to 200 meters to take on a cruise. First time in water it developed moisture under the crystal and the watch stopped working. I returned it to Jomashop. They returned the watch after 30 days 'repaired”. I wanted to see if the watch was properly fixed and water-resistant and placed it into a bowl of water. Again it developed moisture under the crystal and the watch stopped working. Again I returned the watch back to Jomashop and after 30 days it was sent back to me with a note that they could not repair it and to send it to Casio. Casio wanted to charge $64.40 to fix the watch. I was eventually able to get a refund through Amazon but it still cost me over $30 for the postage of sending the watch back for repairs.

Got a very good deal on a women's Tag watch. Had no problem with customer service and recieved the watch within 4 days. I would definitely purchase from them again.
I bought a Seiko Kinetic Steel Black Mens Watch SKA347 from Jomashop for my boyfriend's one year anniversary gift. I found this one on a different webiste, and it was quite pricey. Once I saw it on Jomashop, it was nearly one hundred fifty dollars cheaper than retail, which was nearly a steal. I went through paypal for payment, which also worked out just fine. Will definitely consider Jomashop for my next purchase.
(Edited March 21st by tekroby) I purhcased a TX Flyback from Jomashop. The USPS tracking info never updated, so it looked like it wasn't picked up by USPS. The watch I ordered had a small scratch on the face and a couple on the back of the watch face, but I don't want to even waste my time with returning it since I am overseas. It's suppose to be a "new" watch, but it seems to have been used or scratched while in their possession. The customer service through their online chat works, but their rep. on the chat needs to be more professional. Also, the same goes for their customer service over the phone. I did not get a tracking number via email as stated on their website, but was provided one over the phone (even though it never showed it shipped). I rate them completely unsatisfactory since my watch had scratches on it, their customer service wasn't up to par, and their tracking service with USPS didn't work. Their prices are good and thats the onlything that's good. So I'd go elsewhere!. That's my .02
Will NEVER buy from this company again! Customer service is terrible. Site offered free 2day shipping with any purchase over $500 and said all orders are processed quickly. Two days after I placed the order I called to check the status and it still wasn't shipped because they said there was an error. Regardless I contacte them, they never contacted me and the error was not on my behalf. The item was for Valentines day so I neede it asap. Since they had not shipped it out the only way to get the item was to have it overnighted. They charged me the additional $20 fee to have it overnighted. The customer rep was rude. Funny thing is both times I called the same person answered. I thing it's a small mom an pop shop with few employees. And I also noticed they changed the policies on there site within a day of my complaint which also leads me to believe it's a small business. I will never buy from them again. Item was also just tossed in box and watch was upside down in main case
Item was exactly as described in great condition. Good communication, fast shipping and great prices. This is now a regular stop for me when shopping for watches.
Loved the watch, exactly what was advertised, and the price is unbeatable. Got here a day sooner than I expected. Sick of poor watch choices at local shops ... so went online. Overall, the whole experience was great ... I'll shop here again.
