We had an emergency situation with one of our key production servers being down with two bad hard drives in an array. The sales rep at ServerSupply read our urgent comments in the web order and immediately called us to tell us he had personally delivered the drives to the final FEDEX shipment. I thought I had a power supply problem and they ended up sending me 3 power supplies and didn't charge me any extra for them or for shipping. As it turned out it wasn't a power supply problem after all, and I can return all 3 power supplies and they will give me my money back and they even offered to pay the shipping to return them. I needed some additional memory for my computer, and, after spending some time looking for the best deal for that particular item, I found it at their store. I placed the order on-line at 2AM on Tuesday, and the same day afternoon I got an e-mail telling me that the item had been shipped (they also provided me with the UPS tracking number). I received the parcel on the next day, Wednesday, around noon. That is, the whole on-line purchase took only 34 hours! The best on-line shopping experience so far!	Overall Rating
