These guys are totally not worthy SHOPPERS BEWARE! I ordered overnight and took 3 days to get!!! after receiving product. it came in a Staples box with bubble wrap and newspaper:-( Got the drive, finally They advertise Description: SEAGATE -36.4GB 10000 RPM ULTRA320 SCSI 80PIN (1.0 INCH) HARD DRIVE WITH 5 YEAR SEAGATE WARRANTY. but this is what Seagate page showed me for warranty In Warranty Expiration 18-SEP-2007 , Overall Rating

It was refreshing to discover, at a time when the newest 200Gb Seagate SATA drive part# ST3200822AS was not readily available, that Server Supply actually had the product that they advertised, processed the order at once (not 24 hours later as is the custom of some vendors) and shipped it on the SAME day that the order was placed. This company has demonstrated a quality that can inspire the occasional customer to become a repeat customer. This quality is INTEGRITY. Overall Rating

Extremely pleased with the level of responsiveness and personal attention we received with our order at ServerSupply. We had an emergency situation with one of our key production servers being down with two bad hard drives in an array. The sales rep at ServerSupply read our urgent comments in the web order and immediately called us to tell us he had personally delivered the drives to the final FEDEX shipment. We had the drives the next morning and were fully functional by lunch! Overall Rating

Ordered my hard drive at 6 PM Eastern time with Standard Overnight Shipping and received my hard drive the next day. Packaging was better then I have had from hard drive manufactures. These guys are better then any I have dealt with in New York and I would and have recommended them to everyone that I know. AAAA++++ Vendor, period... Overall Rating

Horrible service! They do not list their policies clearly (if at all) on their web site. I purchased an iPod from them and wanted to see how I could return it. I emailed them several times using the email link they provide on their web site for returns. I NEVER received a response. I even tried emailing their customer support but also to no avail. Not clearly posting your policies sounds very shady to me and I took a risk and got nailed. BE AWARE!!!
Retailer Response (02/28/2005): Dear Customer, you bought the iPod in August 2004 and its Feb 2005. Our return policy is clearly mentioned under Terms and Conditions on our site. We don't lease iPods. Good news is, it is still under warranty and you can return it to the manufacturer if you like. By the way, customer support never received your E-mail. Thank you.

Terrible service. Ordered 2 hd's to upgrade our server. Was not critical at the time. Never received an email or phone call from them after 10 days so I called them. They told me that ups or fedex sent my package to the wrong state (riiight!!!????). Then they told me they would send it express in 2 days. Same problem, no email or delivery. Third call, they are sending next day service (supposedly), we'll see.......waiting.........waiting.......... Overall Rating

I ordered a computer case that was supposed to be in stock. Never delivered for two weeks. I sent an inquiry, but they never replied. So I sent a request of cacellation. They immediately cacelled my order! I wasted three weeks. Very bad customer service. Overall Rating

Overnight quoted at $163.50. Three hours later when I called to check status of order I was told they could not overnight. The quickest would be the following week at shipping of $450. When I asked about the advertised free ground shipping I was told this item did not qualify. I spoke with the supervisor who assured me the delay and falsely advertised shipping was due to system downtime caused by a hacker. After these excuses, I was not comfortable with the company and cancelled the order.
Retailer Response (09/16/2005): The product weighed 350lb and was a tall Server Rack. It was so big and heavy that it needed to be shipped on pallette via truck. Regular UPS / FedEx would not pick up such an item, for such items we ship via trucking company. It was one of those few items that we marked "customer pays for shipping". Overnight shipment from NY to westcoast is not possible via truck.

i bought a drive 73gb scsi and it was the wrong drive for my system they gladly took the wrong drive back and refunded the difference in price without an rma fee now i have a 80gb 7200rpm drive that is compatible with my system Overall Rating

i bought a 73 gb scsi drive and it was the wrong one for my system they took the wrong drive back and sent me an 80gb IDE drive that works fine and the refunded the difference in price with out a hassle Overall Rating
