32GB of space on a USB flash drive is great. It's large enough to hold images of DVD and Blu-Ray disks as well as many hard drives. I can store multiple VM's on it and access time is good.
It's small enough not to occlude other, nearby USB ports.
It would have been nice if they'd made a cover that fit tighter or more positively, or better yet, made the tip retractable like some of the SanDisk drives, but I'll live with it since it's one of the few 32GB flash drives available.

Weakness: Sloooow! Large physical size blocks adjacent USB slot.
Comes with lanyard and USB extension cable otherwise it would block adjacent USB port. The capacity is awesome! Rubber cap fits snugly but subject to misplacement. I would buy this again for the capacity alone but rated as satisfactory because of slow speed. Wish it were faster!

Strengths: hi transfer speeds, large storage, and reasonable priced
from a reputable flash memory manufacture
Weakness: none
in addition to the 4 strengths i mentioned, let also
mention the patriot xporter xt 32gb also has a nice
surrounding rubber protection that offers great protection from falls and has a good solid feel to it and also comes
with a neckstring and a usb extension cord which can come
in handy when using cluttered usb ports. so with all those
good things going for it i got one for myself, my neice
and nephew and we're all enjoying them to the fullest.
Strengths: compact nice looking drive
good read speed
price as it's below $100.
Weakness: cap isn't attached
write performance isn't great
price as you have to pay $100 anyway.
got it from Fry's store for $99 after rebate
32 Gb large enough to store your data.
It's easy to use, no driver is needed.
Write performance is kind of mixed - in WinXP 4 Gb file took about 4 minutes. Around 7Mb /sec.
Read speed is faster. Around 15Mb /sec.
About cap - I'm sure I'll loose it in a month or so, it isn't attached to the drive. This might be not a big deal as I don't have caps for other USB drives ether.
The Patriot Xporter has quickly made a name for itself as the fastest flash drive on the market with 180X read speeds and driverless support. The flash drive is surrounded by a thick rubber that ...
