I was disappointed to receive a Agere Systems PCI-SV92PP non-voice modem. It will of course, not operate with any software requiring a voice modem. Considering the cost of the unit and that I paid for two shipping. It really doesn’t paid me to ship it back..

TRENDnet 56K Internal PCI Data/Fax/TAM Modem
Strengths: It will dial up an ISP with no problems
Weakness: NA it preforms the way I need it to.
Excellant price for dail up modem, it has connected each time service was needed. I haven't check the speed to see if it was optimal
