very impressed

Strengths: It's able to handle the games I play at the highest settings with no noticeable slowdown. Price after rebate was very reasonable for the performance and features. Came bundled with Ghost Recon.

Weakness: Like most other reviews, I don't have any major complaints--just the fact that it adds a bit of noise to my computer and it is not a direct x 10 card.

The 7900gs is my first real video card, and let me tell you it has made a huge difference! I can actually play current games and not have to worry about lag or unplayability. I was debating holding off until the dx10 cards come down in price, but at $140 I decided on this and am very happy with my purchase. Highly Recommended.

Great card for budget gamers

Strengths: Price vs. Performance is excellent and will be godly in an SLI configuration. Nice resolution capabilities(my LCD can't even go as high). POWERFUL

Weakness: Gets a little hot and I can hear the fan on the card when it comes on to cool the card down. It is a little long and I had to modify my case for it to fit(my case was a little bent anyway). DX9

This card is great and I definitely recommend it for anyone planning to build an SLI rig or anyone who just wants a graphics card to hold them over until DX10 cards get less expensive. I've thrown many things at it and it has handled them very well. In fact, many games believe that they should be run on this card's medium settings, however, I have been able to run the games just fine on high or even ultra high settings.

There are few other cards that give 20 pixel pipelines for the price as you can buy 12 for in a video card.
